This Privacy Policy describes how Dhrubok Infotech Services Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the RapidCart Demo App ("App").
Important: This is a demo application. The primary purpose of collecting any data here is to show how a real RapidCart app would work for an actual business. Any orders placed through this demo will not be processed.
This policy applies only to the demo mobile application provided for evaluation of the RapidCart e-commerce solution. The actual production app deployed for a client or merchant may have its own Privacy Policy, terms, and data retention rules.
Depending on how you use the App, we may collect the following categories of information:
Name, phone number, and/or email address entered during signup or checkout.
Products added to cart, order totals, delivery address, shipping selection. (Orders will not be fulfilled.)
App version, device model, operating system, IP (if logged by backend), session identifiers, crash logs, and analytics events to improve the demo experience.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data (such as NID, passport, payment card numbers, etc.) in this demo. Please avoid entering such data.

Even if the App shows options such as Cash on Delivery or a payment gateway, those are demo only. We do not process real payments in this App. In some cases the demo backend may log the attempt for testing and UI flow demonstration.
This App itself may not use cookies like a website, but the backend services and analytics tools we use may collect certain technical data (for example, request timestamps, IP address, user agent) for security and performance monitoring.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect demo data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, because this is a demo/staging setup and may be shared with multiple evaluators, we strongly discourage entering real, production-level confidential data.
The App may display links to https://getrapidcart.com or other resources. Your use of those websites is governed by their own policies.
