Thank you for using the RapidCart Demo App ("App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this demo application provided by Dhrubok Infotech Services Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

Important: This is a demo/staging application created only to showcase the features of the RapidCart e-commerce solution. Any orders you submit through this App are not real and will not be processed, billed, shipped, or delivered.

1. Nature of the App

This App is a demonstration version intended to show how a production RapidCart mobile app would look and work. Content such as products, categories, prices, discounts, delivery addresses, and payment options may be dummy, simulated, or sample data.

The final production app delivered to an actual RapidCart customer may differ in branding, features, payment methods, and content.

2. No Commercial Transactions

Even though the App may allow you to add items to cart, place an order, or select a payment option, no commercial transaction is taking place. Any order, checkout, or payment flow in the App is for demonstration and testing purposes only.

We do not guarantee stock, delivery time, shipping availability, or payment success in this demo environment.

3. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

You may use this App only for the purpose of evaluating the RapidCart solution for your business or for your organization's internal review.

You agree that you will not:

Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
Attempt to access, modify, or decompile the backend or service APIs
Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content
Misrepresent demo data as real business data

4. Demo Data & User Content

In some cases, you may be able to create an account, submit an order, or enter contact information. Any such information is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy for demo/testing purposes.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Please avoid submitting sensitive or production-level business data in this demo environment.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, layout, text, screenshots, demo products, and all related intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to Dhrubok Infotech Services Ltd. and is protected by applicable laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for demonstration purposes only.

6. "As Is" and "As Available"

This demo App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that:

The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
All features shown will be available in all packages of RapidCart
Data, pricing, or content shown is accurate or up-to-date

Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhrubok Infotech Services Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising out of your use or inability to use this demo App.

Because this is a demo environment, you agree that you are using it at your own discretion and risk.

8. Third-Party Services

The demo may display options for third-party payment gateways or delivery services (for example, bKash, SSLCommerz, courier names, etc.). These are shown only to illustrate real-world use. They may not be active in this App.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will be changed accordingly. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
